2025 Open Enrollment is here!

Open Enrollment starts Wednesday, October 16 and ends Wednesday, November 6. All employees must take action to enroll or re-enroll into benefits in order to keep their coverage for the 2025 plan year effective 1/1/2025. If no action is taken to enroll or re-enroll during this period, employees will lose coverage as of 12/31/2024*.

*Not applicable to Hawaii. Employees in Hawaii do not need to take action unless they are making changes to their benefits or enrolling or re-enrolling into a spending account.
