It’s my first week at BAYADA, and I'm already learning that The BAYADA Way goes beyond something you read about — it's something you feel. From a caregiver roundtable that gave me goosebumps to a veterans' café that showed me what community really means, my time this week at the Global Support Center showed me exactly why I'm here.
